Wear each Patch for up to 8 hours. Patches are single-use — apply a fresh one daily.
Applying
Choose a clean area of skin, free of hair, lotion, or cream — product residue can affect how well the patch sticks. Peel the patch from its backing and press it firmly into place.

Removing
